Overview
Growth opportunity with prominent New York Real Estate firm
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:
- Strategic management of office and industrial assets including leasing, oversight of capital improvements with a goal of maximizing overall asset value
- Interface and collaborate with JV partners, maintaining positive relationships while executing business plans to enhance the portfolio
- Work cohesively with internal departments to accomplish goals, e.g., acquisitions, dispositions
- Oversee property operations, as well as related financial reporting
- Travel to properties as required
Requirements:
- 6+ years related Asset Management experience
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to effectively multitask and prioritize with both a micro and macro perspective
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field
- Proficiency in Excel and Argus Enterprise preferred
$175K-$200K + Bonus
