Location: New York
A New York-based real estate firm is seeking a Development Associate to support large-scale real estate projects. The role includes building pro forma models, assisting with design and construction oversight, and monitoring project budgets and schedules. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have 2–4 years of real estate experience. Strong organizational and analytical skills, along with familiarity with the NYC zoning process, are preferred.
This position provides exposure to all phases of the development cycle.
