The Rossmeier
• Harvey Team is looking for a motivated and driven Rental Agent to join our group and assist with a large rental portfolio in Brooklyn with access to over 1,500 units. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a steady stream of exclusive landlord listings while developing your own book of business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned landlord listings from start to finish
• Market available apartments effectively and professionally
• Conduct showings and communicate with prospective tenants
• Negotiate lease terms and guide clients through the rental process
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Qualifications:

• NYS Real Estate Salesperson license (required or in progress)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Prior rental experience is a plus, but mentorship is available for new agents
