Salary: $140, base + bonus structure
Position OverviewWe are working with a leading real estate and infrastructure development company, who are seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Counsel to manage and support all aspects of their real estate and infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements including easements, originations, and leases
- Conducting legal due diligence for land acquisition and real estate projects
- Advising on title verification, encumbrances, and land records
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and central real estate laws, including RERA
- Liaising with external counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Admitted to practice in New York or another jurisdiction
