ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Dermot Company, LP, is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the continued growth and operational excellence of our luxury residential portfolio. This position plays an important part in advancing Dermot’s commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences, supporting property performance, and upholding our standards of integrity, collaboration, and innovation.

Work Location:

Brooklyn & Lower Manhattan, New York, In person

• Assist in creating marketing strategies and in the execution and implementation of the marketing plan.
• Create and implement social media strategies.
• Tour apartments with prospects and adhere to thorough follow-up procedures.
• Lease and pre-lease apartments.
• Complete applications and lease documents.
• Walk the tour path daily and maintain model apartments.
• Assist management with resident relations.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and brokers.
• Complete weekly leasing reports and monthly market surveys with the guidance of the Leasing and Marketing Director.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

• Ability to work weekends.
• Background in Marketing and/or Sales and customer service experience.
• 1-2 years onsite residential leasing experience.
• Yardi, On-site, Excel knowledge; ability to learn new technology and programs quickly.
