Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role for a Transaction Coordinator, located in Manhattan. The Transaction Coordinator will oversee the entire real estate transaction process, ensuring seamless management of tasks from contract initiation to closing. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, agents, and escrow companies, managing transaction timelines, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring all required paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
Exceptional communication and customer service are key aspects of this role, as it involves frequent interaction with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Transaction Coordination, Transaction Management, and managing Escrow processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Proficiency with real estate software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and documentation is a plus
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
