Role: Property Manager
Salary: $100K - $125K
Location: NY, NY
Responsibilities- Budgets vs actuals
- AR for rent (and find ways to reduce delinquency in arrears)
- Experience with lease charges, move-outs
- Working closely with Resident Manager to ensure units are being turned over
- Entering the lease charges in Yardi
- 5 – 10 years of property management experience
- Luxury Residential experience
- Adaptable to change and coachable
- Stellar customer service skills
- Preparing budgets and financials from scratch
- Team player/collaborative worker
- Strong communication skills
