Job DescriptionYou are a client-facing real estate professional specializing in Retail
, with a strong focus on Rome
. You have solid experience in the Retail sector and the ability to manage transactions with a good level of autonomy, while working in coordination with senior team members. On an opportunistic basis, you will work across both Agency and Capital Markets operations, gaining the opportunity to operate in a hybrid role spanning both areas. You combine strong commercial awareness with analytical and financial skills, supported by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
You are proactive, reliable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Support and progressively lead the execution of Retail Capital Markets and Agency mandates, in coordination with senior team members.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with investors, landlords, and tenants, acting as a key point of contact during transactions.
- Contribute actively to leads origination and business development activities, including new mandates and client relationships.
- Prepare and review business plans, financial analyses, and investment models to support deal execution.
- Coordinate the preparation of marketing and transaction materials (teasers, presentations, financial documentation).
- Support and participate in negotiations and deal structuring for both Capital Markets and Agency assignments.
- Monitor and report on ongoing mandates, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and quality standards.
- Participate in site inspections, market analysis, and client meetings across the main Italian retail locations.
- Academic degree (Architecture, Engineering, Economics preferred).
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of the Rome and Italian Retail markets; international exposure is a plus.
- Solid understanding of real estate financial analysis and business planning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently while collaborating with senior professionals.
- Willingness to travel across the main Italian cities.
- Native Italian speaker or C1 level, intermediate (B1 level) in English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
