• Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Recruitment bonuses available for new agents that you bring on

• Experience in real estate sales transactions - ideally both rentals and sales
• Comfort with pitching clients on the phone from referral sources like banks, Zillow, and Redfin - we have more leads than we can handle and we want someone who can streamline buyer clients
• Ability to travel around NYC, in particular Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
