Role Description

This is a contract-based Independent Contractor role located on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves assisting clients through their real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing and managing documentation, providing market insights, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires proactive marketing, networking, and the ability to stay informed about the latest real estate trends and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of real estate processes, market trends, and legal guidelines
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with clients
  • Marketing and networking abilities to effectively promote properties and build a client base
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in digital tools, real estate software, and online listing platforms
  • Prior experience in the real estate field is advantageous
