Aboutthe Role
Rubenstein PR is looking for a Senior VP to help lead our Real Estate Division The ideal candidate will bring at least 12 years of PR experience with a minimum of 3 years specializing in real estate. The successful candidate will have deep media relationships in the real estate sector, exceptional strategic thinking abilities, and a track record of winning and retaining high-value accounts.

ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as senior-most day-to-day contact for the agency's real estate service clients
- Lead strategic planning and execution of integrated communications programs from conception through measurement
- Oversee performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, deadlines, and budget adherence
- Play major role in creation of communications plans and goals
Business Development & Growth
- Identify client needs and opportunities to expand service offerings and deepen relationships
- Pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and referrals
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Media Relations & Thought Leadership
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier real estate, business, and lifestyle media contacts to secure high-impact coverage for clients
- Serve as a senior spokesperson and media liaison, representing clients in interviews, panels, and industry forums
- Design media programs that directly support client acquisition goals, whether driving leasing velocity, attracting investment, or enhancing brand equity
- Present strategic media recommendations and campaign results to C-level clients and internal leadership teams
- 12+ years of PR agency experience with at least 3 years working in real estate. In-house real estate experience will also be considered
- Proficient knowledge of commercial real estate and rental markets
- Must have a proven track record of winning and retaining accounts
- Leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong media contacts and excellent writing skills
- Proven ability to create media plans from concept and follow through to placement
- Must be able to work in the office 4 days a week.
