They are recognized for their premier portfolio of high‑rise, Class A office properties in New York City.

This opportunity is for a seasoned commercial leasing professional with a proven track record in the NYC market closing leases for major office tenants. The role offers a dynamic platform to devise and drive strategic leasing initiatives, maximize property performance, and lead top‑tier teams and external partners, all while directly impacting the occupancy and net income of marquee properties in one of the world’s most competitive markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive leasing and tenant retention strategies to maximize property net income.
  • Negotiate and approve lease terms, proposals, offers to lease, and related legal documentation for new and existing tenancies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, property management, and finance to ensure competitive market positioning and full occupancy of assets.
  • Analyze lease proposals and deal economics using advanced modeling tools such as Pro‑Calc or Excel.
  • Expand the company’s network within the real estate community through active participation in industry functions and relationship building.
  • Generate and pursue new leasing prospects by engaging with tenants, brokers, and hosting targeted events.
  • Prepare and oversee annual budgets, including leasing assumptions, commissions, tenant improvements, and operational costs.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the leasing team and coordinate regularly with third‑party brokers and investment teams.
  • Ensure all construction and capital projects are completed to high quality standards and within established timelines.
  • Stay informed about competitive properties and market trends to maximize occupancy rates and financial performance.
  • Participate in acquisition due diligence, market analysis, and recommend strategic leasing actions.
Must-Have Skills
  • 8+ Years of commercial leasing experience for major office space tenants in the NYC market
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team‑building skills within high‑performance environments.
  • Exceptional marketing, sales, presentation, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and lease analysis (Pro‑Calc, Excel).
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
  • End‑to‑end understanding of space planning and the tenant improvement process.
