This is a commission-only position in the Commercial Real Estate industry

Individuals with minimal/no commercial real estate experience will be classified as an Investment Sales Associate. Individuals with 3-5 years of commercial real estate experience and a track record will be classified as a Senior Investment Sales Associate. All are welcome to apply.

- Participate in client meetings and new business presentations
- Contact and meet regularly with other real estate professionals including developers, investors, landlords and other brokers
- Provide clients with industry and market specific information as it relates to their business and maintain contact information on prospects
- Work with sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools including financial models and financial analysis with supervision, including cash flow projections, valuation models, and sensitivity analysis
- Prepare letters of intent, listing agreements and negotiate purchase sale agreements and addendums
- Work with multiple parties to coordinate an efficient marketing and transaction process
- Participate in brokerage team meetings and weekly sales meetings to update colleagues on activity, market information, new business generation efforts, prospects and market knowledge and trends
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (real estate/finance preferred)
- 2-5 years of investment sales experience and proven deal track record
- Your track record indicates successfully originating and executing new business and building relationships
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently with clients and peers
- Ability to analyze (both quantitative and qualitative) the attributes and challenges of a specific property, its position within the market, and formulating a well thought-out and articulate assessment/argument
- Possess financial acumen. A strong grasp of basic financial principles and concepts that are crucial to the underwriting the valuation of real estate and communicating information
- Develop a business that you will manage:
- You will be provided corporate marketing tools, a specialized marketing and research staff, outstanding support resources, industry-specific technology, and exception trainings
- Be a producer and a mentor to a team of 2-3 brokers and be responsible for the leadership and bottom-line success of the team
- You will be given support in building your team by sourcing and screening qualified candidates
