Join Our Dynamic Multilingual Real Estate Team as a Buyer’s Agent. We are seeking skilled and experienced Buyer’s Agents who are fluent in multiple languages to become integral members of our growing real estate team. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong history of outstanding client service and extensive expertise in guiding buyers through every step of the home buying journey. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals relocating to the area.

- Execute daily real estate prospecting activities to create a habit of success.
- Use and maintain your CRM database daily.
- Host open houses regularly.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
- Engage in daily skill‑up conversations per team standards to convert appointments.
- Participate in weekly and monthly team activities per team standards.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and partner calls to elevate mindset and skills.
- Track activities, report numbers with PLACE Technology systems and tools, and analyze performance.
- Preview homes to learn and understand home values.
- Dedicate 40–50 hours weekly to your business on our team.

- Licensed real estate sales professional.

- Willingness to track daily activities and interpret data to be a student of the market.
- Industry experience preferred, but we provide the tools and systems to train the right individuals.
