• Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate journey with confidence and professionalism
• Assess clients’ needs and financials to match them with the perfect property or buyer
• Provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, mortgage options, and legal considerations
• Perform market analysis to accurately price properties and assist with valuations
• Market listings through advertising, open houses, and networking
• Handle contracts, leases, closing documents, and other paperwork with precision
• Collaborate with appraisers, lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and contractors to ensure smooth transactions
• Stay up to date on industry best practices and local market trends
• Build and maintain a strong network within your community and beyond

• Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker License (required)
• Proven track record of successful real estate sales
• Self‑motivated with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Trustworthy, professional, and client‑focused
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
