Position Overview

We seek a full-time licensed Real Estate Agent to become an integral member of our top-tier team. The perfect candidate is a motivated closer who excels in a fast-moving, team-driven setting. This role goes beyond traditional sales—it offers a strategic career trajectory focused on sustained success.

• Execute daily real estate lead generation activities
• Prospecting daily for homes leads, off-market opportunities to deliver your value proposition
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in daily Skilling up your conversations per team standards to convert appointments
• Participate in weekly and monthly team activities - per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call to elevate your mindset and skills
• Track activities, report your numbers with our cutting edge CRM & technology systems and tools to enhance your career and know your numbers
• Use our data company to find sellers to drop off and be top of your game in the industry
• Commit to previewing homes to learn and understand home values
• Be a student of the market & evolving real estate industry

You are a strong communicator, following through is a non-negotiable and you have a winning attitude to help the clients to the finish line.
