Fragrance distribution company seeks Quality/Supply Chain Tech for Quality/Supply Chain operations. This will include communication with internal teams, third party distributors/manufacturers/clients, quality control of fragrance packaging, documentation and control processes and procedures, and more. They are an FDA/ISO-9000 regulated environment so anyone with Quality/Supply Chain experience from a Cosmetic, Beauty, Food, Ingredients, Flavor/Fragrance, Pharma, or Medical environment is strongly preferred and encouraged to apply.

• Perform QA/QC inspections of frangrance, cologne, and perfume
• Ensure there are no manufacturer defects or issues with product
• Document any defects or issues in accordance with compliance standards
• Communicate with third party manufacturers and other vendors related to shipping, defects, and other work flow processes
• Log necessary reports into computer system
• Prepare materials for shipment after quality analysis has been performed

• QA/QC experience in a related environment (does not have to be fragrance)
• Strong computer and communicatino skills
• FDA experinece strongly preferred
• ISO-9000 experience strongly preferred-Ability to work on-site in Nanuet, NY
