Key Responsibilities Perform quality audits and manage issue triage and documentation Track escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution and collaboration with internal departments Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2-4 years of experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or quality improvement Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Experience in healthcare, workers' compensation, or bill review operations preferred Familiarity with quality management tools and certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or ASQ preferred
