A company is looking for a Senior Quality Lead - Testing Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities Lead the QA team for large transformational projects and oversee quality assurance activities Manage testing needs, resource scheduling, and ensure quality throughout all project phases Collaborate with project stakeholders to align on quality goals and report on application health
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience (preferred) 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or related roles (required) Experience leading QA efforts for large-scale or transformational initiatives (required) Familiarity with strategic planning and cross-functional leadership (preferred) Proficient in managing metrics for test coverage and requirement traceability
