Quality Assurance Manager (GMP / Life Sciences)

We’re partnering with a growing organisation in the life sciences sector to hire a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA operations across regulated production, materials management, and client-facing quality activities.

This role is ideal for a QA professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is ready to take ownership of quality systems, audits, documentation, and team leadership.

• Oversee QA activities across pre‑production, production & post‑production
• Review and approve documentation, artwork, labelling content, and quality records
• Manage batch record review, material inspections, and release processes
• Manage a team of Quality associates
• Lead deviations, investigations, CAPA, change controls & customer complaints
• Own SOP management, training programs, and compliance tracking
• Support and host client audits & internal audits
• Lead, coach, and develop the QA team
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to maintain quality standards
• Strong QA experience within GMP, life sciences, clinical supply, or regulated manufacturing
• Background in documentation control, investigations, CAPA, and audits
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience with labelling in a GMP/GCP environment
• Confident working cross‑functionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about quality excellence
• Previous team leadership experience is a strong advantage
