Our client is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to support a new out‑of‑ground, six‑story building project currently under construction. This role is initially focused on a 3‑4 week period overseeing exterior framing and panel installation
, with the potential to extend for the remaining duration of the project (approximately 8 months) to support both exterior and interior QA/QC activities
.

The Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that exterior framing work is executed in accordance with contract documents, shop drawings, specifications, and design intent
, while proactively identifying and documenting issues to prevent rework.

• Provide onsite QA/QC oversight for exterior framing and panelized wall systems, including pre‑assembled framing and sheathing.
• Verify compliance with contract documents, shop drawings, specifications, and approved details.
• Observe and inspect bolting, framing connections, and installation methods.
• Monitor panel rigging and setting operations, primarily from the roof; occasional use of a boom lift may be required.
• Thoroughly document inspections, observations, and findings, including photo documentation.
• Flag and report deficiencies or deviations in real time to avoid corrective work later.
• Participate in pre‑work document reviews and project orientation prior to mobilization.
• If extended, provide QA/QC oversight for both interior and exterior construction activities as the project progresses.

• Demonstrated experience with exterior framing systems, structural connections, and bolting.
• Strong working knowledge of construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to independently identify quality issues and understand how work should be executed.
• ICC Framing and Bolting Certification strongly preferred.
• Boom lift certification preferred (may not be required for all inspections).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
