We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Inspector to join our dynamic Production Operations team in Edgewood. Work Mode:
This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

Responsibilities
  • Review random samples of finished work against specified criteria to ensure the production processes are in control and producing quality work.
  • Enter results into a database to support quality improvement efforts; final review is typically completed prior to entering the mail stream.
  • Report to and communicate with management and production staff; escalate errors as necessary.
  • Assist with recovery as needed.
  • Diligently enter data from inspection results into a dedicated database where applicable for every inspection performed.
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Read, write and understand the English language
  • Typically requires 1 – 3 years of related experience
  • General familiarity with a computer including MS-Outlook
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort around higher management
  • Ability to work under some pressure
  • Ability to lift mail trays weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment (ear plugs provided and required)
  • Ability to work effectively with various individuals and groups of people
  • Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require weekends, holidays and/or overtime
  • Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge policies
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Range $19.00 - $28.00 USD. Bonus Eligible.
