The Senior Manager of QC is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for overseeing quality standards, audits, and corrective action processes across a global vendor and factory base. This position supports adult and children’s apparel, sleepwear, and accessories, with a strong focus on Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Target programs. The role partners closely with regional QA/QC leaders, New York–based production teams, overseas factories, agents, and warehouses to ensure consistent quality execution across all channels of distribution.
HowYou’ll Contribute
- Partner with regional QC leaders across multiple countries and New York–based production teams to manage global quality execution
- Own and manage all QC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the vendor and factory base
- Ensure factories are following established QC processes, including inline and final inspections
- Manage and maintain company and customer QC audits within the Quonda quality software system across 12 regions and all distribution channels
- Conduct weekly review and maintenance of audit logs for Costco, Club, and Walmart programs
- Partner with production teams on audit results and work‑in‑progress (WIP) status in coordination with regional teams
- Serve as the primary liaison for QC issues, working daily with production teams, overseas QC partners, agents, factories, and warehouses
- Review failed audit reports and fully own the corrective action plan (CAP) process across all brands
- Write, manage, and maintain QC CAPs within retailer portals
- Partner with warehouse teams to resolve warehouse‑related QC issues
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of QC software management systems
- Direct experience across adult and children’s apparel, sleepwear, and accessories
- Required experience with Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Club, and Target programs
- Strong product expertise in knits, wovens, and denim, including construction, dye processes, printing, and washing
- Hands‑on experience with QC software systems;
Quonda required - Daily interaction experience with global production regions and internal production teams
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and deliverables
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to operate under pressure
