The QC Analyst supports the Product Integrity and Quality Assurance function, with a primary focus on Costco and Walmart programs. This role is responsible for managing quality data, reporting, retailer portals, and inspection coordination to ensure product standards, compliance, and on-time execution. The position partners closely with QA/QC leadership, warehouse teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support accurate reporting, inspections, and continuous quality improvement.
HowYou’ll Contribute
- Prepare and communicate on-order recaps for current styles across Costco and Walmart programs.
- Manage Costco and Walmart retailer portals, including preparation and upload of corrective action plans (CAPs).
- Provide analytical support; generate and communicate AQL charts, weekly QC inspection report recaps, and on-order summaries.
- Build and manage business-critical reports and dashboards for the Product Integrity Department.
- Coordinate with warehouse leadership to ensure warehouse inspections are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
- Attend product handoff meetings and weekly regional QC calls.
- Serve as a QC systems super user: manage, train, and support QC software (Quonda).
- 5 years of apparel product experience within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Blue Cherry ERP preferred; experience with Quonda QC software strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, with experience analyzing statistics and reporting.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-focused, with the ability to achieve or exceed objectives while working collaboratively with other team members.
