Plans, coordinates and directs a quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with customer requirements. Opportunities for growth:
Training is provided to further the knowledge of quality management specific to company policies and standards as well as other areas of the business.

• Develops and analyzes quality plans to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
• Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other engineering and production to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
• Familiarity with flow diagrams, control plans, FMEA and inspection reports is required.
• Familiarity with a variety of gauging methods including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, comparators and automated inspection equipment is required.
• Familiarity with SPC, MCS, gauge R&R studies, gauge calibration is required.
• Develops corrective actions to findings from internal and external quality audits.
• Experience with internal audits and familiarity with quality standards including IATF , ISO  and AS9100D is required.

• Ability to work collaboratively to solve problems relative to area of responsibility.
• Ability to adhere to safety rules, policy and procedures.
• Ability to adhere to employee rules, policy and procedures.

• Minimum Experience:
  
  5 years related quality planning experience.
