Operations, Quality Assurance & SEMAP Specialist
ESO Consultants LLC is building a consultant pool for an Operations, Quality Assurance & SEMAP Specialist to support housing agencies with Section 8 operational efficiency, compliance assurance, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse Section 8 operational workflows and recertification processes
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and identify compliance gaps
- Support SEMAP performance monitoring and improvement strategies
- Assist with HUD audit preparation and response coordination
- Update QA work plans, tracking tools, and compliance documentation
- Support inter‑unit coordination and reporting improvements
- Recommend process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or Housing Studies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Section 8 operations, quality assurance, or HUD compliance
- Experience with SEMAP indicators, audits, or quality control preferred
- Familiarity with large housing authority environments preferred

Estimated Hourly Rate: $180–$200

Compensation: $180.00 - $200.00 per hour
