West Seneca Quality Control Supervisor Rosina Food Products Inc

We’re looking for a hands‑on Quality Control Supervisor to join our night shift team (5pm–5am) at our West Seneca facility. If you’re ready to lead on the floor, drive food safety, and coach a strong team we want to meet you.
What You’ll Get- $75,000–85,000 per year depending on experience

- Spend 70% of your time on the production floor leading QC Inspectors
- Conduct GMP, ATP, allergen, and sanitation swab checks
- Collaborate with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams
- Interact with USDA and regulatory personnel during audits
- Review daily records in Safety Chain and Smartfood Safe
- Manage training in Absorb and scheduling/timecards in UKG
- Lead investigations for complaints or food safety deviations
- Oversee environmental monitoring (APC, Zone 2/3 swabs)
- Drive continuous improvement and coach for food safety culture
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 23 years experience in food manufacturing QC/QA or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMPs, USDA/FDA standards
- Familiarity with Safety Chain, Smartfood Safe, UKG preferred
- Solid leadership, coaching, and floor presence
- Comfortable working in a cold, wet, fast‑paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in cold, loud, and humid environments
- Use of smell, sight, and taste daily for quality assurance
