Key Responsibilities Independently develop insights from qualitative and quantitative inputs Translate complex science and market dynamics into clear POVs and recommendations Own end-to-end work product, timelines, and follow-ups from strategy through client delivery
Required Qualifications 6-10 years of relevant experience in pharma Background in strategy, insights, medical communications, consulting, or agency
Experience with pharmaceutical external communications including HCPs, patients, or advocacy Strong scientific literacy including disease states, MOA, and clinical data Proven record of owning execution, not just strategy
