Pet Care Professional - Team Lead at Tailchasers Pet Care. This part-time role involves in-home pet care for dogs and leadership responsibilities, including driving to client homes and coaching team members to deliver excellent service.

• Drive from home to client locations to provide in-home pet care services as scheduled.
• Lead and coach team members; ensure high-quality pet care and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with clients and team on scheduling; perform admin time as needed in addition to field time.
• Maintain open and direct communication with clients and team.
• Travel within a service area with average travel time not exceeding 30 minutes.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay active in outdoor work as appropriate.

• Own a vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Leadership experience (at least 1 year).
• Prior experience working with dogs.
• Coachable and able to coach others.
• Smartphone with unlimited data and ability to use company apps.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to handle large dogs that pull on leash.
• Willing to commit for at least 8 months.
• Comfortable with open and direct communication.

• Hours:
  
  25-35 per week.
• Shift: approximately 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, plus one weekend per month.
• On-call availability required one week per month.
• Service area based on company needs; travel time generally not exceeding 30 minutes.
• Admin time and field time are paid.
