Deliverables- Lead and supervise a crew of 2–3 landscape team members in daily operations and project execution
- Plan, organize, and assign daily work activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety
- Review project scope and clearly communicate roles and expectations to crew members
- Coordinate tools, materials, equipment, and manpower to maximize productivity
- Oversee landscape installations including planting, mulching, edging, trimming, turf work, hardscapes, and irrigation systems per project specifications
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards, customer performance metrics, and safety requirements
- Train, mentor, and coach crew members on proper landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Provide regular updates to management regarding progress, delays, concerns, and material or labor needs
- Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and monitor tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure proper use and maintenance
- Accurately track time, materials, and equipment usage
- Minimum 2–3 years of landscaping experience
, with prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred - Strong understanding of landscape projects from start to finish including knowledge of plants, plant care, and landscape construction principles
- Ability to edge, trim, plant, mulch, and perform landscape installations
- Proficient in safely operating hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license required; ability to obtain relevant certifications as needed
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible hours as required.

- Competitive Pay - $20.00 to $30.00 per hour (dependent upon experience)
