- DVM (or equivalent degree) that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in NY
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in New York

- A thoughtful, detail‑oriented approach to diagnostics and treatment, with a willingness to spend time explaining and discussing care plans
- Enjoy working as part of a small, close‑knit team in a calm, slower‑paced environment, appreciating quality over quantity
- Comfortable performing routine soft‑tissue surgery, dentistry, and wellness care
- Competitive base salary between $110,000 - $140,000 + 22% production
