Manorville Pet Vet is a growing, privately owned small-animal practice seeking an Associate Veterinarian interested in a long-term home, not a revolving-door associate role.

• Privately owned & doctor-led
• No on-call or emergency coverage
• Flexible scheduling (4–5 days/week)
• Strong technician support (3:1 tech/assistant-to-doctor ratio)
• Clear choice between:

• Generous sign‑on bonus (paid over 2–3 years),

• Small animal general practice
• Appointments:
  15–30 minutes
• Medicine‑first environment with collaborative decision‑making
• Mentorship available; new grads welcome
• Autonomy encouraged as skills and confidence grow

• Salary or Pro Sal models will be discussed - Salary commensurate with experience
• Customized Pro Sal model (base + production), tailored to experience and preferences with no negative accrual
