Water Safari Resort is looking for a Grounds Crew Manager to lead the charge in keeping our entire resort property in tip-top shape-from lush lawns and peaceful campsites to colorful gardens and clean walkways.   Lead the Crew
  :
  Supervise, schedule, and motivate the grounds crew across multiple resort properties-Old Forge Camping Resort, Water's Edge Inn, Calypso's Cove, and Water Safari.

  Ensure paths, lawns, and outdoor guest areas are immaculate, well-maintained, and ready for guests to enjoy.

  Pitch in with physical tasks like lifting, pushing, pulling, and hauling-this job keeps you moving!

  Hands-On Management
  :
  Monitor and maintain outdoor furniture, signs, trash & recycling stations, and any guest-facing areas.

  Oversee gardening, lawn care, and landscaping projects to keep everything looking magical.

  Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly practices in grounds maintenance.

  Help plan, prep, and support the setup for on-property events.

  Vehicle Pro
  :
  Operate golf carts, utility vehicles, and heavy equipment (bonus points if you've got plowing experience!).

  Guest-Facing Leader
  :
  Interact with guests and other departments daily-you'll be one of the friendly faces that makes their visit special!

• 🌟 Proven leadership experience-especially managing teams in landscaping, maintenance, or groundskeeping.

• 🛠️ Background in carpentry, mechanics, or general maintenance is a big plus.

• 🌼 Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscaping, and campground aesthetics.

• 🗣️ Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

• 😎 Calm under pressure, organized, and solution-oriented.

• 🌞 Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (sunshine, rain, or even snow!).

• 📋 Great at multitasking with strong attention to detail.

• 🚗 Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate resort vehicles and equipment.

• 🧡 A cheerful, positive attitude and a true passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

• Salary-based position with flexible hours (AM & PM shifts) based on resort needs.
