Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to work cohesively with their team in a respectful and professional manner.
- Maintains a positive attitude and demeanor in all aspects of their position including room management and customer service.
- Follows company dress code guidelines for professional and safe standards.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, POS systems.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- 1-2 years of work experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Other Requirements:
- Must love dogs.
