Summerhill Landscapes currently has openings for Forepersons to work with our Landscape Construction and Landscape Maintenance departments. Built on a philosophy of applying the lessons of high level horticultural education to the execution of work in the field, the Summerhill team is a true collective, with over 300 years of field experience and 64 years of college level education directly related to the study of horticulture.

- Assist crew members in the installation/maintenance of material as per company standards.
- Ensures that all crew members utilize all required personal protective equipment.
- Ensures that all work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards.
- Ensures that all equipment is operated safely, and maintenance procedures are followed.
- Supervises all crew members during the performance of all assigned work.
- Reports for duty at the designated location on time each day.
- Follows directions from supervisor.
- Ensures that all safety rules and company safety policies are adhered to.
- Monitors all tools equipment and machinery for needed maintenance.
- Track and record all expenses and hours worked accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
