As a Perioperative Services Clinical Manager, you will drive efficiency and compassion, and directly impact the quality of care primarily in Pre‑Op and PACU. You will be part of an inspirational and collaborative work environment among nursing colleagues and leaders, supporting the delivery of exceptional care, coordinating patient care throughout, and acting as an agent of health and hope. You’ll regularly participate in gathering staff perspectives to help positively impact the units by mentoring and motivating staff, and partner closely with nursing team leaders on quality measures, guiding independent thinking and patient‑focused compassion.

This is a full‑time position working four days a week, Monday‑Friday, 6:30 am‑4:30 pm at New York‑Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital.

• Experience as Charge Nurse or Team Lead
• Demonstrated nursing leadership experience
• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Experience in Perioperative Services and/or Critical Care

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of clinical experience
• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
• BCLS certification
