Registered Nurse (RN) – Multiple LocationsWe have an exciting opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to join our team across multiple locations in the United States. We are currently hiring RNs in New York, Massachusetts, Nebraska, and Kansas
. This role is ideal for nurses with strong clinical skills and experience in emergency care, operating room, labour & delivery, medical‑surgical nursing, or related acute‑care departments.
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support patients and families throughout the care process. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and ensure safe and effective clinical practices in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Emergency Department (ED) Nurse- Perform rapid, focused patient assessments during triage and emergencies
- Stabilize patients experiencing trauma, cardiac events, respiratory distress, or acute illness
- Initiate IV access, administer emergency medications, and perform life‑saving interventions
- Collaborate with physicians during procedures such as intubation or wound care
- Continuously monitor vital signs and respond to sudden changes in patient condition
- Prioritize multiple high‑acuity patients in a fast‑paced environment
- Educate patients and families about treatment, follow‑up, and safety
- Prepare and maintain a sterile operating environment
- Verify patient identity, surgical site, and procedure details (surgical safety checklist)
- Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and managing equipment
- Monitor patient status under anesthesia and report complications
- Handle surgical specimens and maintain accurate OR documentation
- Provide pre‑operative and post‑operative patient education
- Ensure infection‑prevention standards and patient‑safety protocols
- Assess maternal and fetal well‑being before, during, and after labour
- Monitor contractions, fetal heart rate, and labour progression
- Provide support, coaching, and pain‑management options to mothers
- Assist physicians or midwives during childbirth and emergencies
- Administer medications including oxytocin, epidural support, and postpartum medications
- Manage complications such as hemorrhage or fetal distress
- Educate mothers on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn safety
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications, IV therapies, wound care, and post‑operative monitoring
- Manage patients with a wide range of conditions (cardiac, respiratory, GI, ortho, etc.)
- Track patient progress and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients on discharge instructions and long‑term care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred;
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted
- For TN visa, must be Canadian citizen
- US License
- BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required depending on department
- Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care or long-term care preferred
- New graduates may be accepted for entry-level opportunities in select facilities
- Files and pays for for ALL costs associated with EB3, TN and F-1 (student visas)
- Placement in hospitals in Kansas, Nebraska, New York and Massachusetts with wages $35-$45 an hour
- $2000 arrival bonus
