Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program:
Phoenix Children’s (Direct) Program. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: 1 reference must be from your most recent employment. Required Skills/

Experience:

2 years’ experience as an RN in pediatric critical care Preferred Skills/

Experience:

Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred. Children’s hospital experience preferred. Required Credentials:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing. Shift & Scheduling:

Start dates: 3/30 End date: 5/30 Every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) Up to 1 week (3 shifts) of pre-approved time off – will get at time of interview Floating Requirements:

This assignment will float between our Main and Arrowhead Locations:
Main Campus 1919 E Thomas Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85016- (PICU, CVICU, NICU and acute care)
• Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308 This assignment will require floating to between CVICU, NICU, and PICU 7 days maximum time off 2 references from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission Proof of identification required
