Nurse Practitioner

Base Pay Range

$70.00/hr - $95.00/hr

Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions. Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to promote high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, and wellness education
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• National NP certification
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS or PALS as required by specialty

• Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Strong decision‑making and critical‑thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Compassionate, ethical, and professional practice
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
• May involve standing, walking, and occasional lifting
• Schedule may include evenings, weekends, or on‑call hours depending on role
