We are seeking a dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct care to patients in their homes, primarily in Manhattan, NYC
. In this role, you will deliver hands‑on nursing care, monitor health conditions, and offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. Your expertise and compassion will play a critical role in helping patients thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

• Deliver professional nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate updates with the care team.
• Collaborate with family members and caregivers to provide education and support.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for patients.
• Comply with all state regulations and organizational policies regarding home health care.

• Current and valid New York State RN license.
• CPR certification (required).
• Prior experience in home care or a similar setting (preferred).
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to care plans and protocols.
• Compassionate, reliable, and excellent communication skills.

• Hourly morning and evening shifts.
• Hourly shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.
