Per Diem Nurse Practitioner (Dermatology)

Location: New York, NY.
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 Independent Contractor.
Pay rate: $130/hr.
Schedule: 6/10 8am-4:30pm.

Vital Check Wellness, as an independent contractor, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with dermatology experience to provide skin cancer screenings and general dermatological evaluations onsite at a private business in New York, NY
. Vital Check manages administrative logistics and facilitates scheduling, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to practice preventive and personalized medicine in a supportive, structured setting.

• Provide skin checks, skin cancer screenings.
• Consult with patients to understand their dermatological health concerns.
• Advise/ refer patients for follow-up care.

• Active clean Nurse Practitioner license to practice in New York.
• Active BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Advanced practice certification in dermatology (preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of direct dermatology experience following post graduate training.
• A collaborating physician is necessary unless state requirements for independent/autonomous practice are met.
• Proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Patient education driven.
• Personal laptop or tablet required.
• Must be able to reliably commute to New York, NY.
