DESCRIPTION:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (state-specific)
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred, if applicable)
- Minimum of 1 year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems
- Experience with geriatric populations
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
