Location: New York
We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide on-site behavioral health services within skilled nursing and extended care facilities. As the fastest growing provider of psychiatry services to the nursing home and long‑term care (LTC) space in the Northeast, our organization is expanding rapidly and offers providers meaningful clinical opportunity with long‑term stability. This position provides a highly structured weekday schedule, strong clinical autonomy, and the ability to manage a consistent adult and geriatric patient panel in a non‑hospital setting.
It is a financially lucrative opportunity for a provider who is comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The role emphasizes long‑term stabilization, medication optimization, and continuity of psychiatric care within a supportive care model.
We offer an extensive clinical support system backed by Senior Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and on‑staff Psychiatrists who are readily available for collaboration, case review, and guidance. Our infrastructure is designed to set providers up for long‑term success through structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing clinical resources.
