Schedule:
12 hour variable shifts as needed

How you’ll contribute:- Under the direction of an RN, contribute to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.
- Perform plan‑of‑care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Document patient care given.
- Assist RN with development of plan of care.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient’s status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and families.
- Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

Applicants should have a current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support certification is required at the time of hire.
