Key Responsibilities

• Room patients for appointments
• Administer injections, vaccinations, and medications
• Schedule follow-up and new appointments

Qualifications

• Valid New York State LPN license
• Professional certification required
• Must pass occupational health screenings

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Work Days:
Monday through Friday

Occasional Saturday coverage (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Occasional travel to Rhinebeck or New Paltz locations

No intra-shift travel between locations
