Registered Nurse- RN- Private Duty Care

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide private duty nursing care for individual clients in a home or private setting. This role is ideal for nurses who prefer focused, one‑on‑one care and the ability to work independently while delivering high‑quality nursing services.

• One-to-one nursing care for a single client per shift
• Assignments may be short-term or ongoing
• Flexible scheduling based on nurse availability and client needs

• $70–$100 per hour, based on experience and clinical requirements
• Weekly pay
• Flexible scheduling

• Active New York State RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital nursing experience required
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment skills and sound judgment
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused bedside manner

• Administer medications and monitor patient condition
• Provide skilled nursing care, including
• G‑tube feeding
• Wound care
• IV/PICC line management and infusion therapies
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including mechanical lifts when required
• Provide support during advanced illness or end‑of‑life care when applicable
• Document care accurately and communicate with care coordinators and family members as needed

• Clinical support available as needed
• Assignments matched based on experience and comfort level
