Registered Nurse Supervisor
Clove Lakes Health Care and Rehabilitation Center is a 576-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the heart of Staten Island. We serve residents through high quality, affordable and accessible health services.
PayBase pay: $53.00/hr – $60.00/hr

- Shifts Available: 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am
- Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs nursing services for residents on the floor assigned.
- Ensures compliance with current applicable federal, state and local regulations and facility policies and procedures.
- Reviews complaints and grievances made or filed by staff and reports to the Director of Nursing as required.
- Maintains adequate stock of medications, medical supplies, equipment, etc. to meet resident needs.
- Assists in development of written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of nursing needs of each resident.
- Makes nursing/aide assignments as indicated.
- Encourages staff to attend and participate in outside training programs and schedules times as appropriate.
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing direct care in long‑term care, restorative or geriatric settings.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a nursing supervisor, preferably in a nursing home setting.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Must meet state licensing requirements and have no disciplinary action in effect against professional license.
Salary includes shift differentials; actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
