Overview
Manhattan Psychiatric Center (MPC), an Office of Mental Health (OMH) Joint Commission accredited facility, is recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join their nursing team. Positions are available on day, evening, and night shift, including every other weekend.
As an LPN at MPC, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse on a multi-disciplinary team focused on providing compassionate care through patient-centered and recovery-focused mental health services to individuals with mental illness.
Responsibilities- Perform nursing care tasks consistent with individual treatment plans.
- Administer medication.
- Attend to individuals’ personal care needs including daily living and hygiene tasks.
- Measure and record vital signs.
MPC is a comprehensive, community-based mental health facility serving individuals who are 18 years or older, from the Manhattan and Greater NYC Region. MPC’s focus on evidence-based, person-centered, and culturally sensitive treatment helps their patients achieve their recovery goals.
Benefits- Salary Range (including Geographic Pay Differentials): $67,933 – $72,322.
