Overview

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider with patients across multiple states. Clinicians go to the home of the patient, providing continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility. The organization offers programs including remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management. • Show up to work in a timely manner
• Take work orders from supervisor for client trip
• Drive clients to their destinations on time
• Report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor
• Adhere to company policies and protocol
• Maintain vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, inspections, etc
• Drive in inclement weather such as light snow, etc.
• Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to get all appointments in a timely manner
• Interact with providers in a professional manner
• Maintain a professional image; well-groomed and dressed for consideration
• Follow all traffic rules; poor driving can lead to termination
• Coordinate working schedules with the provider
• Coordinate PTO and call-outs with the provider and supervisor

Hourly Range: $18.00 - $19.00/hr
