** In this role, you will:
*** Manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology/Hematology patients in alignment with State and Federal regulations and nursing standards of care.
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient status.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to prepare patients preoperatively and manage postoperative clinical care.
* Deliver patient-centered care focused on improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.
** We require:
*** Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
* Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure or Physician Assistant License.
* At least one (1) year of experience in Oncology/Hematology (helpful but not required).
* Strong computer skills; experience with EMR is a plus.
* Reliable transportation to travel to offices as needed.
